Claire's is hiring a Part-Time Manager in Canada to lead a high-energy team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will guide staff through upselling, promotions, and excellent service while maintaining store standards and visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• You love hitting sales goals and driving revenue in a fast-paced retail environment.
• You have at least one year of retail experience with some leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• You can motivate a team and coach peers to deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts and upsell accessories to meet store targets.
• Train and support staff on product knowledge, piercings (where applicable), and customer service.
• Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and stock levels to ensure a welcoming shopping experience.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to implement promotions, schedules, and operational routines.
• Represent the Claire's brand by staying current with trends and fostering a positive, energetic store culture.
