We have an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Reservations Sales Specialist to join our Worldwide Reservation Operations team. The Reservations Sales Specialist is a trusted advisor, exemplifying the highly personalized service Four Seasons is known for over 60 years. They work to understand guests' needs and interests, confidently recommending and booking the perfect luxury experience at our properties globally.

This is a remote, work-from-home position based in Ontario, Canada. #LI-Remote

Key Activities :

• Use a consultative sales approach to identify guests’ needs and make relevant recommendations.
• Seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services that enhance the guest experience.
• Book reservations with high accuracy.
• Explain rates, availability, and cancellation policies clearly.
• Respond professionally to customer service inquiries.
• Liaise with hotels on behalf of guests and travel professionals.
• Meet or exceed sales and quality goals.

Shift :

• Up to 29 hours per week.
• Rotating shifts during contact center hours: Weekdays 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM, weekends 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Hours may change based on business needs.

Education

• High School diploma required.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree is an asset.

Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years in sales and customer service within an inbound call center environment.
