Job summary

North York Little Prints Daycare (NYLPD) is seeking a part-time or supply Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) for our North York sites. The successful candidate must be available Monday-Friday, with shifts between 7:30am-6:00pm, and willing to travel to Yonge/Finch, Yonge/York Mills, or Bayview/Finch locations.

The role involves implementing an inclusive, play-based program, collaborating with families and specialists, and ensuring children's health and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) and eligible to work in Canada.
• Fresh Vulnerable Sector Check required, CPR Level C certified, health form with required immunizations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate inclusive play-based learning and care programs.
• Promote anti-bias curriculum and celebrate diversity.
• Guide and support children's development and behavior.
• Develop and integrate IPs into daily routines and activities.
• Maintain health and safety standards and communicate with parents.
