Weins Auto Group is seeking a highly motivated individual with a positive attitude for the Part-Time Receptionist position at Don Valley North Hyundai. This role involves providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is essential to our dealership's success.

As a member of our team, you will report directly to the New Vehicle Department Manager. If you enjoy engaging with people, thrive under pressure, and aim to create positive customer experiences, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and professionally.
  • Assess guest needs and direct them to the appropriate staff.
  • Route customers to Sales Consultants efficiently, ensuring fair distribution of prospects.
  • Keep the reception and waiting areas tidy and organized.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring inventory, ordering supplies, filing, copying, scanning, and handling mail and courier packages.
  • Complete reports and other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Ability to engage positively with guests both in person and over the phone, leaving a professional impression.
  • Strong communication and data entry skills.
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Previous reception or customer service experience is a plus.

Pay rate: $18.25/hour
