Volvo Cars Richmond is currently seeking a Part-Time Receptionist.

Position Details:
  • We are expanding our team at our new state-of-the-art facility in Richmond.
  • Switchboard Operator: Answer all incoming calls professionally, politely, and efficiently. Manage a high volume of calls via a multi-line switchboard, provide information, relay messages, and announce visitors to staff.
  • Administration: Assist with overflow tasks such as word processing, data entry, and internet research. Handle mailing tasks as required.
  • Filing Clerk: Perform clerical tasks including invoice arrangement and document indexing.
  • Front Desk Coordinator: Greet visitors, vendors, and clients, and direct them appropriately. Maintain the appearance and organization of the reception area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
