The Little Gym of Silver Spring is looking for a passionate individual to lead energetic and structured classes for preschool-aged children (3-5 years). The ideal candidate should be fun, animated, and capable of maintaining clarity while managing group behavior. This part-time role offers $18–$20 per hour for 15–30 hours per week, with preferences for weekday afternoons and one weekend day.

$18–$20/hour | Part‑Time | Vancouver, WA (East)

15–30 hours per week: Prefer weekday afternoons plus one weekend day

What You’ll Do

• Lead high‑energy, structured classes for preschool‑aged children (3–5 years)
• Turn our weekly lesson plans into playful, engaging experiences kids can’t wait to come back to
• Confidently manage group behavior, activity transitions, and short attention spans
• Use your voice, presence, and personality to keep kids focused, moving, and having fun
• Create a space where kids feel safe when they try, fail, and try again
• Connect with parents in a way that builds trust and excitement about their child’s progress
• Track and communicate student progress with professionalism to parents and peers
• Perform daily disinfecting and deep cleaning duties to keep our facility germ‑free and looking fresh
