Dynamic in Steinbach, MB is seeking a clinician to join our growing clinic with in-house mentorship. You will build a full caseload quickly while benefiting from weekly clinical mentorship and ongoing professional development.

Our team supports clinicians with in-house scheduling, onboarding, and educational resources. The role emphasizes pelvic floor physiotherapy, patient education, and collaboration with a team of professionals in a family-friendly community that values mentorship and patient

Qualifications

• Pelvic floor physiotherapy expertise required or pursued.
• Experience mentoring or coaching clinicians is a plus.
• Licensed physiotherapist in Manitoba is required or in process.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a full caseload quickly with mentorship support.
• Participate in the in-house mentorship program and promote clinician growth.

Build a full caseload quickly! In house mentorship!

Located in the beautiful metropolis of Steinbach, MB, a short 35-minute drive southeast of Winnipeg. Steinbach, most known for our auto dealers, and one of the busiest Starbucks in Manitoba (conveniently located up the road from us)! Offering affordable housing, short highway commute from Winnipeg, and an amazing place to raise a family, meet new friends, and participate in a vast array of recreational activities. Steinbach has a continually growing population with numerous surrounding feeder communities (this population makes it easy to maintain a full caseload!)

Dynamic offers local relationships with doctors for referrals, sports teams/athletes of all levels as well as a patient base consisting of newborns to elderly. We pride ourselves on our team environment and positive culture, from our front desk to our team of professionals, we acknowledge everyone’s specialty and importance which is why our clinic feels like family. Dynamic is a young and quickly expanding clinic, having to relocate into a space 3x the size of our first clinic within 2 years of opening and continually having to try to keep up with our growing patient demand. We cherish our community and pledge to continue giving back through volunteering, hosting public seminars, and contributing financially. We offer mentorship! We believe mentorship is very important for anyone starting out and set aside time to provide it weekly. We want to help you succeed and focus on being a clinician first!

• Option to start with a fee-split or start with an hourly wage and progress to fee-split ($)
