We are looking for a motivated Payroll Administrator to join a highly reputable Hospitality team located in Mississauga.

Position Details
  • Position: PART-TIME Payroll Administrator
  • Location: Mississauga
  • Industry: Hospitality
  • Type: Part-time, 15-20 hours per week
Qualifications
  • Experience processing hourly Ontario payroll
  • Experience with payroll systems like Ceridian Dayforce, ADP Globalview, SAP Successfactors
  • Available to start ASAP without a notice period

Responsibilities
  • Process accurate and timely payroll on a bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly basis
  • Verify timekeeping and attendance records

  • Reconcile payroll reports and ensure data accuracy
  • Handle government remittances and statutory deductions
  • Stay updated on payroll legislation in Ontario
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries
  • Maintain payroll records and assist with year-end activities
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments
Qualifications for Consideration
  • PCP designation or working towards it is an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of Ontario payroll experience
  • Benefits administration experience is a strong asset
  • Experience with ADP, Ceridian, SAP payroll systems is a strong asset
  • Availability for 15-20 hours per week during business hours
