Job summary

FedEx Canada is hiring a Part Time Package Handler / Non-Driver based at 345 Ecclestone Drive, Bracebridge, Ontario. This is a physical, warehouse-style role centred on freight handling — loading, unloading, scanning, and sorting packages to keep FedEx's distribution network moving efficiently.

Shift Information: Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Must be able to work 5 days in a row. Only this shift is available. Pay: $20.37/hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Knowledge of FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations (preferred).
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and manoeuvre packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight within the facility.
• Scan and sort freight accurately.
• Lift packages up to 70 lbs independently and manoeuvre packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
• Complete all mandatory basic and recurrency training.
• Operate in a PC Windows environment as required.
