Integrated Wound Care seeks a compassionate Nurse Practitioner for a part-time wound care role. You will assess wounds, develop treatment plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

You will document thoroughly, educate patients and families, and monitor progress, adjusting care as needed. A current license and 1+ year wound care experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active license in the state/region of employment.
• Minimum of 1 year of wound care experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
