Job summary

Smarte Carte is seeking a part-time Massage Chair Technician for the Saskatoon, SK location to maintain massage chairs at Planet Fitness. This on-call role offers a flexible schedule and compensation at $40 per hour.

The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, solid customer service experience, and the ability to document work via a dedicated app. Eligibility to work in Canada without visa sponsorship is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a customer service role.
• 3 years of field-based product support experience preferred.
• Some mechanical/diagnostic aptitude and willingness to learn Smarte Carte equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain massage chairs as needed.
• Complete and submit reports accurately and promptly.
• Record daily tasks, meter readings, and service history in the app.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
