    Here is what you will be doing each day:

    As a Breakfast Cook, you will be responsible for food preparation (mise en place), ensuring quality and proper handling/storage of all food items in accordance with standards, participating in menu development, and maintaining approved food costs.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    1. Maintain compliance with all departmental/hotel policies and procedures.
    2. Establish daily priorities and production tasks.
    3. Review daily menu specials and banquet event orders, noting any changes.
    4. Communicate clearly with team members.
    5. Take physical inventory of food items daily.
    6. Ensure proper receipt, storage, and security of supplies.
    7. Coordinate with Front of House Leadership on equipment, banquet assistance, sanitation, and safety.
    8. Ensure work areas are stocked with tools, supplies, and equipment.
    9. Prepare items following recipes and standards, maintaining quality and attention to detail.
    10. Assist in developing new menu items and recipes.
    11. Train new hires and maintain ongoing training programs.
    12. Follow health and safety guidelines, including dietary and allergy considerations.
    13. Maintain attendance and availability during meal periods.
    14. Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring food safety and current certifications.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    Preferred minimum 3-4 years of cooking experience.
