What you do :

  • Cashier and customer sales
  • Preparing merchandise orders, banking, and miscellaneous paperwork
  • Placing small items (under 10 lbs.) such as pet supplies and household items into stock
  • Sweeping, dusting, and general store maintenance
  • Unloading delivery vehicles of cases and bags of pet food and supplies (up to 50 lbs.) and stocking them
  • Opening and closing the store following company procedures
  • In the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, assigning daily goals and tasks to ACEs
  • Performing other duties as required

What you bring :

  • At least 2 years of retail or customer service experience
  • Working knowledge of POS systems
  • Outgoing and friendly personality with strong customer service skills
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation to and from the store
  • A valid driver’s license may be required
