We are seeking a Part-time Key Lead who will create a comfortable and uplifting environment for customers as they explore the store and Knix’s product line. You will actively listen to their needs and preferences, guiding the customer experience from greeting to fit to purchase. You should be passionate about coaching and mentoring others, comfortable giving and receiving feedback, and goal-oriented to see initiatives through. Your enthusiasm and intuition about Knix products will help drive sales and customer loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming and positive experience for all customers
  • Plan and execute store events post-reopening to build community and boost sales
  • Listen to customer preferences and recommend suitable products
  • Lead product fittings to ensure correct sizing on first try
  • Stay knowledgeable about our product range and wear products yourself
  • Coach and develop sales associates, fostering a positive work environment
  • Participate in staff training, manage operational needs, and support shop events
  • Ensure effective product merchandising reflecting our brand

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in retail or customer service
  • Experience in a leadership or senior role preferred
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Warm demeanor with a proactive approach
  • Resourceful problem-solver
  • Belief in Knix’s mission and product line

Eligibility:

  • Legal work authorization in Canada, 18+ years old
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move efficiently throughout the store
