Job summary

The University of British Columbia Okanagan is seeking an ISI Fund Project Coordinator to provide administrative, logistical, and communication support for CTL projects led by the Indigenous Initiatives team. The role focuses on documentation, scheduling, and ensuring deliverables align with established timelines.

Reporting to the Manager, CTL, the position offers part-time hours (1–2 days per week), a collaborative environment, and a commitment to employment equity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Two years post secondary education or equivalent experience.
• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collection, organization and archiving of project documentation.
• Manage project communications and share updates with team members.
• Plan and support project meetings, prepare agendas and record action items.
• Assist in developing and maintaining project timelines and workflows.
• Draft, review and format project documents and reports.
• Monitor progress and flag delays to CTL Manager.
