A leading college is seeking a part-time Human Resource Consultant Assistant 2. You will engage with employees at the front desk, manage communications, and assist the HR Consultant 2 in improving HR processes while maintaining a high standard of service. Clark College is currently accepting applications for a part-time Human Resource Consultant Assistant 2 (HRCA2) position to work approximately 17 hours a week. This position supports the Human Resources front desk and the role will primarily be performed in an office environment, with responsibilities including in-person interactions with employees, consultants, and visitors. The work schedule for this position is fully in-person Monday-Friday; ideally the work schedule will be between the hours of 10 : 00 am and 1 : 00 pm. This position is not eligible for benefits.
The HRCA2 position will play a vital role in ensuring the Human Resources (HR) department functions smoothly and efficiently. By supporting the HR Consultant 2 with front desk operations such as managing walk-ins, emails, phone calls, and administrative duties, the assistant will help maintain high standards of service delivery and contribute to an organized and professional HR environment. This role will provide the HR Consultant 2 with the necessary support to focus on more complex tasks while ensuring the front desk functions are handled with professionalism and attention to detail.

Successful candidates typically start at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases .
