Job description

Our Pursuit Jasper team is a diverse collection comprising 7 superb hotels: Pyramid Lake Lodge, The Crimson, Marmot Lodge, Chateau Jasper, Lobstick Lodge, Forest Park Hotel, and Miette Mountain Cabins. By applying for this role, you'll be considered for a position at one of these incredible locations. What will your compensation be?

The starting wage for this position is $18.00 per hour.

When does this adventure begin?

This is a part-time seasonal position with opportunities beginning May 13, May 20, or May 27.

We are looking for Part-Time Laundry Attendants, Housekeepers, and Housepersons!

What will you do in this job?
  • Sweep, mop, wash, wax, and polish floors.
  • Dust furniture and vacuum carpeting and area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances. Make beds, change linen, and distribute clean towels and toiletries.
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Replenish amenities supplies upon request from guests.
  • Report and store lost and found items.
  • Clean public areas as required (such as elevators).
  • Ensure furniture in the rooms is properly placed.
  • Assist in carrying guest luggage up to 30kg.
  • Assist in laundry when needed, folding towels and linens.
  • Training of new colleagues.
  • May talk with guests to provide basic information on facilities and the Jasper area.
  • May handle minor complaints and refer to Supervisor as required.
  • Stock linen closet and supplies area.
  • Other duties as assigned.
