RONA in Lethbridge, Alberta is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead frontline teams and ensure exceptional customer service. You will supervise cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and coach associates to uphold company standards across daily store operations.

The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and attention to detail to deliver a seamless shopping experience for customers and contractors alike.

Your role:

• Supervise frontend staff to ensure service standards are being maintained
• Oversee register coverage and store supply usage
• Provide refunds and monitor cash drawer amounts
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and addressing any issues
• Understand, train and promote company programs and initiatives (Pro, RPP, financing, survey, fundraising)
• Train and mentor new associates
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly

What we're looking for:

• 1 year of retail experience
• 1 year of experience in team supervision
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to details
