Job summary

MCA is hiring Merchandising Representatives in Okotoks, AB to support a Direct Store Delivery program in large retailers. You will maintain shelves and displays after deliveries, ensuring cleanliness and stock integrity in a fast-paced retail setting.

Safe work practices are essential; steel-toed footwear is required on site. A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are preferred to cover multiple stores and shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail, grocery, warehouse or merchandising environments.
• Ability to work independently and meet productivity expectations.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, stretch, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and replenish products following DSD deliveries.
• Rotate products to maintain freshness and quality.
• Build and maintain displays and promotional signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies.
• Process damaged, expired, and unsaleable products.
• Ensure products are neatly arranged and accessible to customers.

Wage: $20 per hour + potential for bonus
Schedule: Multiple shift times available, including early mornings, afternoons, and weekends

About the Role

At MCA, we take pride in being a leading Canadian Merchandising Company, providing top-notch services to Retailers and Consumer Packaged Goods companies across North America.

We are currently looking for reliable, energetic Merchandising Representatives to support a leading manufacturer's Direct Store Delivery (DSD) program in big box retail stores. In this role, you will work directly with the client's products after they have been delivered to the store, maintaining organized, well-stocked shelves and displays that support sales.

This is a fast-paced, physical role in a busy retail environment where multiple vendors, store employees, and deliveries happen simultaneously. Being able to work safely, stay organized, and communicate effectively is essential. Steel toed shoes/boots are required on site.

• Using smartphone apps to collect data, take photos, and complete reports
