Premier Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC in Windsor, ON is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to welcome visitors and support daily office tasks. You’ll be the face and voice of the dealership, handling calls, scheduling, and basic accounting duties in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1 year of reception/administration experience and strong Microsoft Office skills, with excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• 1 year reception and/or administration experience is an asset (dealership setting preferred).
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office and able to quickly adapt to new technologies.
• Excellent document creation and proofreading skills with strong business communications.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors; be the face and voice of the dealership.
• Perform general office duties including copying and scanning documents.
• Maintain meeting rooms and tidiness of common areas; manage mail and packages.
