Position: Part Time Floor Leader

Weekly: 20-29 hours

Responsibilities:

• Sales & Customer Experience: Drive sales using store data, lead by example in customer service, educate customers on brand values, and deepen product knowledge.
• Team Involvement: Coach and develop team members, promote diversity and inclusion, and foster a positive work environment.
• Operational Excellence: Manage cash handling, store opening/closing, maintain visual standards, oversee inventory, and ensure policy compliance.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year in customer service, sales, cash handling, supervisory roles, and problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
• Passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethics.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred:

• Experience with consultation-based sales, sales metrics analysis, skincare or cosmetics, DEIB or social justice training, and multilingual abilities.

Location: Yorkdale, Pay: $22 CAD/hr
