Job summary

Bailey Nelson in Toronto is seeking an energetic Floor Leader to join our Beach store. You will help maximize store sales by delivering an amazing guest experience and sharing exceptional product knowledge with customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail with increasing responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills to help customers meet their needs.
• Strong organization and time management in a retail environment.
• Recognize individuality and help people find their unique look.
• Own the energy you bring to the store and to customers.
• If you have optical experience, great; if not, we’ve got you covered with training.

As a Bailey Nelson Floor Leader, you are an integral part of the leadership team who assists in maximizing store sales through delivering an amazing guest experience with exceptional product knowledge. You’ll support a passionate and committed team to deliver the best possible experience to your customers every day… and hit some exciting goals along the way.

• You bring your previous customer experience with at least 2 years in retail with increasing responsibility.
• You use your excellent communication skills to help your customers meet their needs.
• You have strong organisation and time management skills in a retail environment.

• You are responsible for the energy you bring to the store and to our customers, owning your impact.
