Part-Time Field Service Representative - Lloydminster

Summary

The Field Service Representative (Detailer) provides hands-on service to Big Box Retail stores, setting up company displays, ensuring adequate inventory levels and resolving day-to-day customer and store issues. Steel-toe shoes are required for this role.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Visit designated stores weekly, merchandising inventory, sorting bins and attending to general housekeeping duties. Stores may change based on business demands.
  2. Prepare and process new orders using company-issued equipment.
  3. Ensure proper product inventory levels.
  4. Bring issues and discrepancies to the attention of the designated store manager and Detailer Supervisor.
  5. Work as a liaison between big box stores and the corporate headquarters.
  6. Comply with company policies and procedures.
  7. Follow the store safety rules, and work in a safe and healthy manner.
  8. Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  1. High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  2. 1-3 years in a retail vendor of big box environment or related experience.
  3. Excellent computer skills (MS Office), specifically, MS Excel and Outlook.
  4. Strategic thinker, good communicator, and exceptional problem solver.
  5. Perform functions with a sense of purpose and a degree of urgency.
  6. Create a positive work environment by demonstrating and sharing functional/technical knowledge.
  7. Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork.
  8. Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills (oral & written).
  9. Should be comfortable using ladders up to 6ft.
  10. Be able to lift up to 30lbs.
