Job summary

Village Green Dental Care in Kanata, Ontario, is seeking a Part-Time Dental Hygienist to join our 5-star team. You’ll provide thorough cleanings, digital X-rays, and preventive education in a modern, fully digital practice with supportive leadership and flexible scheduling.

We offer top-of-market compensation starting at $60 per hour, with experience-based adjustments and a commission or hourly payment structure. Friday and occasional Saturday shifts fit a dynamic, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Valid dental hygiene license required.
• Excellent communication and patient-care focus.
• Experience with digital X-rays and dental technology is a plus.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, root planing, and polishing.
• Take digital X-rays and assist in treatment planning.
• Educate patients on preventive care and maintaining healthy oral hygiene.
• Learn to fabricate and deliver cutting-edge 3D-printed nightguards (training available).
• Learn and complete 3D intraoral scans (training available).
• Ensure every patient feels comfortable and valued with a gentle and caring approach.
