Job summary

The Marshall Group is assisting a very busy Toronto dental practice in finding an experienced Dental Hygienist dedicated to high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will join a collaborative team and provide comprehensive hygiene services.

Responsibilities include scaling with Cavitron and handscaling, preventive exams, radiography, patient education, and preparing patients for procedures. Must be CDHO-registered and have 2–3 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Experienced Dental Hygienist with 2–3 years of experience.
• Must be registered with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO).

Responsibilities

• Perform cleanings using Cavitron and Handscaling.
• New patient assessment and comprehensive exams.
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments.
• Polishing and fluoride treatments.
• Dental impressions and bleaching trays.
• Removal of stains and scaling and root-planing.
• Taking impressions and digital radiography.
• Charting patients and updating medical history.
• Oral hygiene instructions to patients.
• Prepare patients for various dental procedures.

HOURS:

• Fri arrive 8:15-3:15
• Sat arrive 8:30-2
• Mon arrive 8:15-5:15
