U-Haul in Redcliff, Alberta is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the face of our team, help customers with rentals, equipment inspections, and daily inquiries. This part-time role offers on-the-job training, opportunities for advancement, and eligibility for our benefits program.

You will use U-Scan tech, assist with hitch installations, and learn through U-Haul University while joining a supportive, safety-conscious work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Drive a forklift (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
• Other duties as assigned.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
