The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays, with a schedule up to 21 hours in peak periods. Compensation reflects experience, with bonus potential and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience in a high‑performance environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to engage and connect with customers at all levels.
• Minimum age 18 and eligible to work in Canada.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; stand for long periods and lift 50+ pounds.
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week; peak weeks may reach 30 hours.

About the Team

The Part‑Time Core Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, responsible for delivering a world‑class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers).

As part of the foundation that keeps our store running smoothly, Core Staff are part‑time employees with consistent schedules and responsibilities, ensuring reliable support for both our team and our fans.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated results‑oriented selling experience, with at least 1 year in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Developed a sense of Care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; standing for extended periods, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and timely arrival to work.
• Consistent schedule, with availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred.
• Hours up to 12 in base weeks, increasing to 21 during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week).
• Dependability is essential: scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends.

C$18.00 - C$22.50 commensurate with experience.
