The Part‑Time Core Sales Associate will deliver a world‑class experience, surpass sales goals, and continually find innovative ways to engage and attract fans. Core Staff are part‑time employees with consistent schedules and responsibilities, ensuring reliable support for both our team and fans.

Core Sales Associate Responsibilities

• Dare to exceed individual and store sales goals by building a genuine connection with our fans.

• Build loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards ensuring a smooth and on‑brand operation.
• Consistently deliver on KPIs, be cross‑trained across store functions, and demonstrate leadership potential by mentoring and supporting new team members.

Qualifications

• Results‑oriented seller with at least 1 year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrating a sense of care.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels.
• At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
• Consistent schedule with availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred; typical hours up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (max 30 hours per week).
• Dependable, regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.
