Generations Cleaning is a growing company that services a wide range of commercial customers such as; Large Retail Stores, Condominiums, Co-Op's, Apartment Buildings, Offices, Medical Facilities, Industrial and Manufacturing.

We are looking for a part-time light duty cleaner role for a condominium in Toronto. Our team is looking for an individual who has a positive attitude, a friendly demeanor, who is hard-working with experience.

Job Details

Location: Toronto.

Wage: $17.50.

Shift: Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9:00am-1:00pm.

Job Type: Part-time.

Job Duties

  • Cleaning Common Areas: Thoroughly clean and maintain all common areas including the foyer, elevators, gyms, seating areas, and hallways to ensure a pristine environment for residents and guests.
  • Handling Minor Repairs: Address small repair tasks such as light bulb changes and other minor fixes as directed by the Property Manager to ensure all facilities are in good working order.
  • Routine Exterior Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of outdoor areas throughout the shift. This includes monitoring the grounds, garbage areas, parking lots (both indoor and outdoor), smoking posts, and other common outdoor spaces. Promptly pick up and dispose of any litter or loose debris to maintain cleanliness and safety.
  • Garbage Management: Regularly empty public waste bins in condominium buildings and ensure proper disposal of garbage to keep the premises clean and odor-free.
  • Security Checks: Perform routine checks to ensure all doors, gates, and entry points are secure, and report any suspicious activity to the Property Manager.
  • Assist Residents: Provide assistance to residents with tasks such as carrying packages, giving directions, or addressing minor concerns to enhance their living experience.
  • Event Support: Help set up and clean up after condominium events or gatherings, ensuring common areas are ready for use before and after events.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Regularly check and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any issues or shortages to the Property Manager to ensure efficient operations.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with the Property Manager and other team members to ensure any issues or tasks are promptly addressed and resolved.

  • A self-sufficient individual.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar cleaning role
  • Follows instruction well.
  • An individual who is dedicated to their work.
  • Passes a background check.
