In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

As a Team Member, you will be responsible but not limited to :

  • Embody the Mission & Core Values of Chick-fil-A Kitchener.
  • Use our CORE 4 model.
  • Provide Second Mile Service, going above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Rigorously adheres to food safety and restaurant security policy.
  • Handle customer inquiries, questions, and complaints.
  • Retaining and following all restaurant policies, procedures, and requirements.
  • Know all relevant standard operating procedures and pass required assessments or activities with 80% or higher.
  • Consistently follow all cash handling policies.
  • Consistently follow all food safety and physical safety policies.
  • Quickly bag and deliver food with order accuracy.
  • Follow procedures to ensure Operational Excellence.
  • Raw, hot, and cold food production, meal assembly, and food and ingredient preparation.
  • Maintains an exceptionally clean, safe, and sanitary work environment and works in a way that does not create a mess.

HOURS OF OPERATION :

Monday to Saturday : 10 : 30 AM to 10 : 00 PM

  • Available to close three weekdays and Saturdays weekly
  • Must be able to work in-between the hours of 9 AM to 12 AM

  • Ability to communicate clearly and work well on a team
  • Food Handlers Certificate within 30 days of employment
