At Mons Royale, we believe action and adventure sports can better people and the planet. The majority of clothing designed for these sports is not environmentally friendly; our goal is to shift riders from synthetics to natural fibres and inspire a lifestyle of action (activism) and adventure.

We have an opportunity for a Retail Sales Representative to join our team at our New Whistler Store. You will provide outstanding customer service, advice, and insights on the Mons Royale brand and products.

The successful applicant will lead a passionate outdoor lifestyle and enjoy engaging with people from all walks of life. A customer service-driven attitude and natural communication skills are essential.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing excellent customer service
• Creating an inclusive in-store experience for customers and the team
• Ensuring store standards are always upheld
• Engaging with our local fan base and acting as a brand ambassador

Schedule:

Part-Time (Start Date June 1): Minimum 2 days a week, must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday

Casual/On-call (Start Date ASAP): Flexible schedule, covering days off and long weekends

What we are looking for:

• Previous retail or sales experience is a bonus but not required
• Enthusiastic, quick learner with strong communication skills
• Knowledge or experience with merino or Mons products
• Genuine passion for sustainability and the outdoors, and ability to embody our company values
