Job description

Requirements: Long time fast paced Invermere business is looking for an extremely flexible, detail-oriented, up-beat professional self-starter to provide Admin Support and Customer Service/Sales – Mondays & Fridays 9 to 5 and for vacation relief, days off, sick days, etc. – possibility of more hours as you learn more about the business.


Duties: Multitasker and go-getter who can handle a busy day with many interruptions. Someone who can grasp what needs to be done and tackles it. Quick learner and a creative productive problem solver who pays attention to detail. Works as part of a team yet is fully functional on their own. Has outstanding customer service skills in person and over the phone. Knows your way around an Excel spreadsheet and a Word document -- this is a must – no time to teach these skills - sorry. May have to cover the occasional Saturday.
