The Member Service Representative provides excellent customer service in all interactions, whether at the front counter or by phone/email. They identify opportunities to better assist Members with banking solutions/services and refer them to the appropriate branch partner to help achieve their financial goals. The MSR ensures adherence to operating procedures and policies to safeguard organizational and Member assets.
Hourly Wage Range: $22.51 - $25.77
Salary will be based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant qualifications.
