Job summary

Cineplex in Grande Prairie is seeking a Cast Member to help deliver an exceptional cinema experience for every guest. You may work in concessions, on the floor, or at the box office, performing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced, social setting.

The role values friendly, energetic, and customer-focused team players who are comfortable with evening and late-night shifts. Prior certification in Smart Serve/Pro Serve is a plus where applicable.

Qualifications

• You are team-oriented, energetic, friendly, and outgoing.
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
• You are flexible with evenings and late nights.
• You appreciate variability in the job.
• Provincial Smart Serve or Pro Serve Certification where applicable and being of legal age to serve alcohol would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Cast Members support concessions, on the floor, and at the box office with a range of tasks.
• Contribute to the theatre's daily functions in a fast-paced environment.
• Engage with guests to ensure a positive cinema experience.
• Assist teammates as needed to deliver smooth operations.
