Job summary

Cineplex’s Calgary theatres are hiring Cast Members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Cast Members assist in concessions, on the floor, and at the box office to support daily theatre operations in a fast-paced, social environment.

Qualifications

• You are team-oriented, energetic, friendly, and outgoing.
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
• Evenings and late nights availability is a plus.
• Provincial Smart Serve or Pro Serve Certification where applicable and being of legal age to serve alcohol in licensed theatres may be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in concessions, on the floor, and at the box office to support daily theatre operations.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience and contribute to a welcoming theatre atmosphere.
• Participate in theatre duties as needed to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
