Job summary

Cineplex is hiring Cast Members to join our theatre team in a dynamic, guest-focused environment. You may perform duties across concessions, floor service, and box office, contributing to smooth daily operations and outstanding guest experiences.

The role suits individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, social setting with flexible hours for evenings and late shifts. Previous hospitality or retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented, energetic, friendly and outgoing personality required.
• Experience in fast-paced, guest-facing environments is preferred.
• Flexibility for evenings and late nights is advantageous.
• Smart Serve or Pro Serve certification is a plus where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service in concessions, on the floor, and at the box office.
• Support daily theatre operations and assist with a variety of tasks as needed.
• Contribute to a positive, energetic atmosphere for guests and staff.
