Job summary

Cineplex is seeking Cast Members to join our theatre teams and deliver an exceptional entertainment experience to every guest. Cast Members support concessions, floor and box office duties, and maintain smooth daily operations in a fast-paced, social environment.

Ideal candidates are team-oriented, energetic, friendly, and flexible with evenings and late shifts. Certifications like Smart Serve or Pro Serve are assets where applicable, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail/entertainment setting.
• Must be reliable and able to work evenings and weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests at concessions, on the floor and at the box office.
• Support daily theatre operations to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Provide friendly, efficient service and maintain cleanliness and organization.

Cineplex’s Cast Members are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional entertainment experience to each and every guest. Cast Members have a range of responsibilities, each of which help the theatre’s daily functions and can include duties in concessions, on the floor and at the box office, amongst other tasks. If you thrive in an energetic, fast-paced and social atmosphere, this may be the opportunity for you!
