Job summary

Cineplex Cast Members are an integral part of the team, delivering an exceptional entertainment experience to guests across concessions, floor, and box office. This fast-paced, social environment offers flexible evenings and late-night shifts, with opportunities to grow and employee perks like food and beverage discounts on shift.

Qualifications

• Must be team-oriented, energetic and outgoing.
• Able to work in a fast-paced guest-facing environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings and late nights.
• Provincial Smart Serve or Pro Serve certification where applicable and being of legal age to serve alcohol in fully licensed theatres would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service across concessions, on the floor, and at the box office.
• Support theatre daily operations and assist with various tasks as needed.

Cast Members have a range of responsibilities, each of which help the theatre’s daily functions and can include duties in concessions, on the floor and at the box office, amongst other tasks.
