• Able to stand for long periods and lift/bend during shift.
• Shift variety including evenings and weekends.

• Weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Sort and batch mail accurately and on time.
• Assist customers with mail-related inquiries and services.
• Verify address accuracy, postage, and packaging requirements.
• Process transactions such as stamps, letters, and MoneyGram services.
• Weigh and calculate postage for letters and parcels; affix correct postage.
• Operate computer systems for data entry and transaction processing.
• Stand, bend, lift and carry as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and standards.
• Greet and upsell items to customers.
• Support the Front Store Manager with additional tasks as required.
