Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the AE brand to life at the Tanger Ottawa Outlet Centre. You’ll deliver an amazing shopping experience and help guests discover AE & Aerie products.

You’ll be a flexible team player, able to move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, and you must be available evenings, weekends and holidays. As a benefit, 40% off AE & Aerie products year-round is provided.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and suggest fits.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• Support teammates to get the job done.
• Uphold brand integrity and policies.
