Were looking for a friendly and dedicated Part-time Bookkeeper to join our growing team. Seeking an energetic bookkeeper who likes to juggle a variety of tasks and would thrive in our fast-paced environment!

The responsibilities include full cycle accounting namely :

• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Issuing invoices and recording receipts
• Bill payment processing
• Payroll processing
• HST filing
• Month-end reconciliations
• Responding to client queries

Experience we are looking for :

• College Diploma in Accounting or Bookkeeping
• 3+ years of Bookkeeping experience
• 1+ years of experience with Quickbooks Online
• Experience processing payroll (issuing T4s, ROEs, T4 summary)
