Job summary

BBYO CPR – Canada Pacific Region in British Columbia seeks a part-time Associate Regional Director to lead teen engagement and program growth across the province. You will mentor teen leaders, coordinate regional events, and build partnerships with Jewish community stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of youth program experience, strong communication, and solid organizational skills. Travel within British Columbia and flexible hours are required to support teens and volunteers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3 years of experience working with teens, youth programs, or nonprofit organizations preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Experience with program development, event planning, or nonprofit operations.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and support teen leaders and volunteers to build thriving BBYO chapters across British Columbia.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee regional programs, trainings, and community events, managing logistics and budgets.
• Build relationships with teens and community partners to grow engagement and BBYO presence.
• Recruit, train, and support volunteer Advisors while guiding chapter planning and transitions.
• Collaborate on strategic planning, fundraising, donor engagement, and regional growth.
• Represent BBYO professionally within the Jewish community and support teen initiatives.
