Summary: Our clinic in Terra Nova, Richmond BC is seeking a dedicated Associate Optometrist to join our team. We boast state-of-the-art equipment including the Topcon Maestro 2 OCT/Fundus camera, HFA Visual Field machine, automated phoropters, electronic EMR, and Nidek Tonoref III. With all pre-testing taken care of, this position allows you to practice to the full scope in BC.

Position Type: Flexible schedule, initially 1-3 times a week or a few times a month, with the potential to transition into a more permanent part-time/full-time position.

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct comprehensive eye exams
  2. Diagnose and treat ocular conditions
  3. Prescribe corrective lenses
  4. Provide exceptional patient care and education
  5. Collaborate with our team to ensure the highest quality of service
Qualifications:
  1. Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited institution
  2. Licensed to practice in British Columbia, Canada
  3. Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
