You will assist with daily store functions, organize merchandise, and help supervise and train Store Associates while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for customers. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and loss prevention tasks.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom to company standards.
• Protect and secure store assets including cash.
