We’re seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 to help lead the store. You’ll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and team development. Think of yourself as a blend of Harry Potter and Luke Skywalker—ready to handle any challenge while driving sales and building lasting customer relationships.

What You'll Do
  • Support your Store Manager in achieving sales goals and store objectives.
  • Assist in recruiting, developing, and retaining a passionate, collaborative team.
  • Create buzz and engage customers through promotions, social media, and services like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
  • Provide operational leadership, balancing sales, delegation, and customer service.
  • Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll, and staff schedules.
  • Communicate with retail leadership and HQ about trends and customer feedback.
  • Analyze sales reports to inform strategies and meet targets.
  • Merchandise the store effectively, launching promotions on time.
  • Develop your team of loyal, high-performing, customer-focused associates.
What You'll Need
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience; passion for music and pop culture is a plus.
  • Proven success in leading teams, with skills in communication, recruiting, operations, and team development.
  • Strong skills in communication, time management, professionalism, and operational tasks.
  • High school diploma or GED; degree is a bonus.
