We’re looking for music and pop culture enthusiasts to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1, you’ll support the store leadership team in providing excellent customer service, ensuring fellow fans can find their favorite merchandise. You’ll leverage your fandom knowledge to train new team members and support daily operations and sales goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages repeat visits, utilizing your product knowledge and customer service skills
• Step in to lead on the sales floor and support store operations as needed
• Open and close the store responsibly
• Operate the register, process transactions, and promote sales using store benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Understand sales targets and KPIs such as UPT and ADT
• Assist with store layout and merchandising updates
• Communicate fashion and music trends to management and HQ
• Ensure store security and prevent theft in collaboration with management
• Maintain stockroom organization and store cleanliness
• Contribute to a collaborative and passionate team environment
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Leader

Qualifications :
