What you will do :

Part-Time Assistant Manager

Cineplex’s Part-Time Assistant Managers are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional experience to each guest. Our PT Assistant Managers are passionate about movies and aim to deliver a fun and entertaining night out.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Assist in leading and managing a dedicated team of employees and actively ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Manage the guest experience to ensure satisfaction and encourage return visits.
  • Assist in managing the theatre’s budget and revenue growth.
  • Forecast, initiate actions/projects to drive business forward and reinforce Cineplex as Canada’s #1 film exhibition company.
Qualifications :

  • You have experience in a similar environment.
  • You can analyze and interpret customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • You have demonstrated leadership during high-volume periods across multiple departments.
