What you will do :

Part-Time Assistant Manager

Cineplex's Part-Time Assistant Managers are integral team members who provide an exceptional experience to each guest. Our PT Assistant Managers are passionate about movies and aim to create a fun and entertaining environment for guests.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Assist in leading and managing a dedicated team of employees and actively ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Manage the guest experience to ensure visitors leave satisfied and eager to return.
  • Assist with managing theatre budgets and increasing revenue.
  • Forecast, initiate actions, and projects to drive business growth and uphold Cineplex as Canada's premier film exhibition company.
Qualifications :

  • You have experience in a similar environment.
  • You can analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions and resolutions.
  • You have demonstrated leadership during high-volume periods across multiple departments.
