What you will do:

Part-Time Assistant Manager

Cineplex’s Part-Time Assistant Managers are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional experience to each guest. Our PT Assistant Managers are passionate about movies and aim to provide a fun and entertaining night out.

In this role, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Assist with leading and managing a dedicated team of employees and, when necessary, take an active role to ensure guest satisfaction is maintained.
  • Manage the guest experience - ensure every guest who visits your facility is satisfied and looks forward to returning.
  • Assist with managing your theatre’s budget and increasing revenue.
  • Forecast, initiate actions/projects to drive the business forward and strengthen Cineplex Entertainment as Canada’s #1 film exhibition company.

Qualifications:

  • You have experience in a similar environment.
  • You can analyze and interpret customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • You have demonstrated ability to lead a team during high-volume periods across multiple departments.
