Job summary

GDI Services (Canada) LP is seeking a part-time cleaner to maintain offices, washrooms and common areas. The role involves emptying and relining trash, restocking toilet paper, soap and towels, and general dusting, vacuuming and floor care.

Applicants must pass a Criminal Background Check and be able to lift up to 40 lbs. The position requires afternoon shifts and adherence to health and safety rules; some additional duties may be required.

Qualifications

• Duties include cleaning offices, dusting, vacuuming, washrooms and trash removal.

Responsibilities

• Empty garbage containers and reline them; ensure washrooms are clean and orderly.
• Replenish amenities (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, sanitizer).
• Transport garbage from drop points to bins/compactor.
• Sweep, mop floors and dust furniture; vacuum carpets.
• Disinfect and polish washroom fixtures and surfaces.
• Follow health and safety regulations and complete training as required.
